Here are the positions and criteria we will be looking to hire for each of these upcoming openings!

Servers:

Our servers are an essential part of giving every guest the complete Louie experience.  They must be friendly, outgoing and have excellent communication skills.  A team player that has the ability to multi-task will thrive in this position.  Someone with restaurant experience and/or a flexible schedule is preferred.

Bartenders:

Must have dynamic personality and experience bartending in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant or bar environment.  We want people that enjoy having a good time and creating a fun atmosphere for our guests.  People that are accountable and have a make it happen attitude are successful in our world.

Line Cook:

We are looking for Line Cooks with at least 2 years experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant or bar environment.  The ability to work multiple stations and a flexible schedule is a plus but, not required.  Must be a team player with a positive, upbeat attitude and guest focused mentality.

FOH Manager:

We are looking for someone that enjoys a fast paced environment and loves creating a memorable guest experience. Must have experience in a high volume full service restaurant. Additional experience controlling labor, food and liquor costs also required.  This person would be a strong leader and have the ability to motivate a team.

GM:

Must be able to balance professional attitude with creating a fun and rewarding atmosphere for our employees and guests! We are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of full service restaurant/bar management experience as a General Manager. Must be comfortable with budgets, P&L, cost control, inventory, ordering and hiring and training staff.

KM:

Must have experience in a high volume and fast paced atmosphere. Experience would include inventory, ordering and controlling food and labor costs.  Must be hands on Manager with experience hiring and training.  We are looking for a leader that loves creating a great guest experience and fun work environment for their staff.
